እዚ -ንድፊ’እዝይ እምብኣር፣ ነቶም በዚ ንጥርናፊ-ዝረዓሙኩሎም ኣባላት ብርጌድ ንሓመዱ፡ መካየዲ /መዳነዪ ደረት ልዕልና ሕግን መረጋገጺ መስርሕ  

ፍትሒ ኢዩ፡፡ ብቀንዱ ክኣ ልጓም ዓመጽቲ ክከውን ከሎ፡ ብኣንጻሩ ክኣ ነቶም ብልቢ ንፍትሒ ዜብህጉ ገስገስቲ ተቓለስቲ ጸግዒ፡ከውሊ፡ጠበቃ እዩ። ንማዕበል ብርጌድ ንሓመዱ ከኣ ከም መጥመሪ ሓድነት ኮይኑ ጠሚሩ ናብ`ቲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዜብህጎ መድረኽ ሓርነት ከብጽሖ እዩ። 

ብ/ንሓመዱ ዓባይ-ብሪጣንያ ንሓፈሻዊ ኣዋጅ ቻርተር ሕቡራት ሃገራት ኣብ ጉዳይ ሰባዊ መሰልን ፖለቲካዊ ናጽነትን ፣ይቅበሎን የኽብሮን ጥራሕ ዘይኮነ ፥እቲ ኣብቲ ቻርተር ዝተቐመጠ መሰላት እና ተጠቀመ እዩ ዝቃለስ። 

ኣዋጅ መሰረታዊ ሰብኣዊ መሰላት ቻርተር ሕ/ሃገራት ረጊጹ፣ ብንዕቀት ህዝብና ዝጭፍጭፍን ዓድና ዘባድምን ዘሎ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ኣብ ምእላይ ንገብሮ ዘለና ዘይተሓለለ ፍትሓዊ 

ቃልሲ ድማ ዓለም-ለኻውያን ውድባትን ዲሞክራሳውያን መንግስታትን፣ ዝተፋላለያ ፖለቲካውያን ውድባትን፣ ስቪክ ማሕበራትን፣ ጸለውቲ ውልቀሰባትን፣ ጉዳይ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ተረዲኦም ኣድላይ ሓገዝ  ብ/ንሓመዱ ዓባይ-ብሪጣንያ ምስ ኩሎም ናይ ቃልሲ ማሓዝቱ ኮይኑ ጽዑ ዲሎማስያዊ ቃልሲ ከም ዘካይድ የፍልጥ።

1.  ዕላማ 

1.1 እዚ ጥርናፈ እዚ ብዘይ ኣፈላላይ ሃይማኖት ወገን ዓሌት ጾታ ኮነ ዕድመ ዘይፈሊ ንኩሉ ኤርትራዊ ዝሓቁፍን ዝቃልስን ጥርናፈ እዩ፡ 

1.2 ብ.ን.ዓ.ብ ፖለቲካዊ መርገጺኡን ማሕበራዊ ጥርናፊኡን ብዝየገድስ ምስ ኩሉ ኣንጻር ምልካዊ ስርዓት ህግደፍ ዝቃለስ ውድብ ኮነ ሲቪካዊ ማሕበር ብምትሕግጋዝ ስርሑ የሰላስልን ጽላል ኮይኑ የገልግልን። 

1.3 ሃገራዊ ረብሓን ህዝባዊ ድሕነትን ብምቅዳም ምስ ኣብ ዞባውን ኣህግራውን መድረኻት ዘለዉ ውዳቤታትን መንግስታትን ስጡምን ስልጡኑን ዲፕሎማስያዊ ዝምድናታት ንምህናጽ ይሰርሕ፥ 

1.4 ሃገራውን ህዝባውን ረብሓታት ብምቅዳም ምስ ዘይ ሃገራውያን ሓይልታት ሓቢሩ ኣብ ዘረዳድእዎ ጉዳያት ክሰርሕ ምኻኑ የፍልጥ ፥ 

1.5 እዚ ጥርናፈ እዚ ንስርዓት ህግደፍ ንምእላይ ኩሉ ዓይነት ቃልሲ ከሳላስል ቁሩብ ዝኾነ ጥርናፈ እዩ፥ 

1.6 ብ.ን.ዓ.ብ ህዝባዊ ማዕበል ከም ምኻኑ መጠን ኣንጻር ህግደፍ ዝቐነዐ ዕማም ብሕጋውን ፍትሓውን መንገዲ ይዓምም። 

1.7 ብ.ን.ዓ.ብ ኣገልጋሊ ህዝቢ ከም ምኻኑ መጠን ኣንጻር ህግደፍ ዘቕነዐ ዝኾነ ኣብ ባይታ ዝዕመም ናይ ቃልሲ ዕማም –  ሓላፍነት ወሲዱ ይዓምም 

1.8 እቲ ቀንዲ መሰረታዊ ዕላሙኡ ድማ ንህግደፍ ሓንሳብን ንሓዋሩን ካብቲ ብሓይሊ ሒዜዎ ዘሎ ህዝባዊ ስልጣን ሓግሒግካ ብምእላይን ንህዝቢ ኤርትራ ወናኒ መሬየቱን ጸጋታቱን ምግባር ጥራይ ዘይኮነ ብዝመረጾ መንግስቲ እውን ከም ዝምራሕ ምግባር ኢዩ እዩ፥

Currently BN,s main effort is- build , peace, justice and democracy in Eritrea. 

What is the Blue Movement

A diaspora-led pro-democracy mass movement was established in September 2022    

Started in Europe and expanded globally to the U.S., Canada, Australia, Israel, Uganda, and Ethiopia    

It is a youth dominated mass movement but has huge support from scholars, women  organizations, civic society and Eritrean political organizations  

To avoid Humanitarian violation in our country  

 To stop Indefinite military conscription,  

 To give justice to the tens of thousands of political prisoners, and to restore rule of law or basic human rights &  prevent  Mass migration.  

We believe Over one-third of the Eritrean population has fled the country and tens of thousands escape every  year. Over Half a million are in Ethiopia, Uganda, Sudan alone waiting to migrate to the West  We need Regional Instability because the Eritrea’s autocratic regime undermines peace in the Horn of Africa.  

General Mission  

• Eliminate transnational repression and advocate for the democratisation of Eritrea    

Specific Goals  

• End indefinite military conscription.  
• Free journalists, religious leaders, and hundreds of thousands of political prisoners  held in over 400 prison cells 

. Establish the rule of law, ensure peace and stability, and create economic opportunities for the Eritrean  people.  

  Expected Results  

• stop mass migration  
• Achieve peace, democratic stability for Eritrea and the Horn of Africa and the red sea.    

Achievements of the Blue Movement (Brged Nhamedu)  

• BN is a successful Eritrea pro-democratic Movement in decades:  
• Its decentralized structure has prevented the Eritrean regime from infiltrating the movement, and  creating the that Eritrean opposition groups can work together  
• Eliminated Regime war Propaganda Festivals that some countries are officially banned  • Countered Transnational Repression:  
• BN has exposed illegal activities in western countries, such as the regime’s 2% “tax collection”, which has  already been outlawed in some countries

• Elevating Global Awareness:  
• BN has raised global awareness of human rights abuses in Eritrea : reported in international news and has  successfully gained diplomatic and political sympathy from several Governments.

Why Support the Blue Movement?  

• Eritrea has a Fragile Context:  
• Afwerki’s regime has ruled Eritrea for 34 years since independence.  
• He is aging and has reportedly suffered a stroke, and no sign of power transition process  • Urgent preparation is required to prevent chaos and instability during a post-regime transition  •  

Eritrea’s Strategic Importance:  

• Eritrea is Positioned on the Red Sea, Eritrea controls a critical waterway connecting Asia, Europe, and Africa,  making its stability essential for regional and global water trade and security.  
• Its geopolitical significance makes a peaceful and stable Eritrea vital for international interests.  • Blue movement Proven Resilience and made an impact in Eritrea  
• BN has exposed and disrupted the illegal activities of the autocratic regimes on Western soil, including war  propaganda  festivals and the illegal 2% collections.

The Eritrean youth in diaspora has paid a heavy price for these efforts.  

• So far the government of Ethiopia has recognised the Blue Movement and give permission for BN to host an  international conference in Addis Ababa is a testament to BN’s growing

• Now is the time for the diplomatic community to advocating for the democratic transition in Eritrea.
